As Field Manager for the B.E.S.T. (Bronx Environmental Steward Training) program and the Greenway Steward initiative, Dwaine works directly with BEST Director, Annette Wiilams to recruit and equip Bronx residents with the skills critical to addressing the local environmental shortfalls that threaten our quality of life and global sustainability.

Dwaine is a graduate of this training program, and comes to SSBx with an eclectic background. As a Yoga teacher, a writer, landscaper, food co-op member, and hospitality professional, he is guided always by the basic principles of service to the greater good, responsibility, and the value of hard work in achieving the impossible.

Dwaine holds a certification from Integral Yoga, and is also a Reiki practitioner and martial artist. He is completing a degree in psychology at the City College of New York.
